How does Annual renewal work?
Renewal is a deliberate new purchase, with no automatic recurring charge. The renewed one-year term starts on the date you renew.

How many devices can I use?
Up to 5 devices: 3 desktops and 2 mobile devices. The desktop allowance permits at most 2 devices in any one operating-system family (Windows, macOS or Linux). Device transfer rules await confirmation. Desktop design tools and phone card layouts follow the device experience. Both plans use the same device allowance.

What does the Full License include?
The Full License provides lifetime access. Coverage of future major versions and support entitlement will be stated in the final license terms.

Are taxes included, and can I request a refund?
Prices are in INR and include all applicable taxes. Future renewal prices will be shown before purchase. All sales are final; no refunds. Review the Refund and Cancellation draft before purchase when checkout opens.

Does rewards-based Pro include cloud sync?
No. Cloud chart sync requires active paid access and a supported connected provider. Deleting a local chart does not delete its cloud copy.
