How Anshika Software handles website, license, support and app information.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

SECTION 01

Website accounts, purchases and support

When you create a store account, place an order or contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, billing and invoicing details, order and payment references, and support messages or attachments. We use it to manage your account, process purchases, issue invoices, provide support and resolve purchase issues.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment information you provide through its payment flow is also handled under Razorpay’s privacy policy. Our order and licensing services use payment references and verification results to check payment and fulfill your license. Your store account and AstroWonder app account are separate.

Use your app-account email for billing and payment so your purchase can be linked to the correct license. Existing app users keep their app password. New app users receive a secure account-setup link after fulfillment. Do not send us passwords or full payment-card details in support messages.

SECTION 02

Application accounts, licenses and devices

We retain your app-account email address, password hash, license records and unique hardware fingerprints used to authenticate registered devices and enforce the licensed device allowance. A password hash is a protected representation used to verify your password, rather than a plaintext copy of your password.

App authentication and licensing records are kept indefinitely to support continuing access, including lifetime licenses. Deleting a store account does not delete the separate app account, license or device-authentication records. Contact support@astrowonder.com about access, correction or deletion of app-account information; we will explain what can be removed and the effect on authentication and licensed access, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 03

Birth information and your cloud storage

Charts and related files can contain names, birth dates and times, locations and other personal information. Local chart files remain under your control on your devices. Only share another person’s information when you are entitled to do so, and remove unnecessary personal details from screenshots or files sent to support.

Cloud synchronization uses your own authorized cloud account, such as supported Google Drive or iCloud storage. You control how long those cloud files are kept and when to delete them through the relevant provider. The provider’s privacy policy and account settings also apply.

Deleting a local chart or your store account does not by itself delete a cloud copy. Disconnecting cloud access does not automatically erase existing remote files. Manage remote files and revoke app access through your cloud provider. Temporary local copies used for synchronization may remain until upload or local cleanup completes.

SECTION 04

Retention and deletion

We retain store-account, purchase and support records indefinitely unless a deletion request applies. Support correspondence held in Zoho email is retained indefinitely and is not automatically erased when you delete your store account. This is separate from the app-account and license retention described above.

You can initiate deletion of your store account while signed in to the store. Once deletion is initiated, store-account data covered by that deletion is completely removed within 90 days. Invoicing details are retained for bookkeeping and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This exception means store-account deletion does not erase every record of a purchase.

Your user-owned cloud data remains under your control and is not included in store-account deletion. The separate app-account and license-authentication records are retained indefinitely to support licensed access. Contact support@astrowonder.com if you need help with a privacy or deletion request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

SECTION 05

Google AdMob advertising

Our mobile apps serve advertising through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded advertising where offered. Depending on the app, device, consent choices and advertising configuration, Google and its partners may process advertising or other device identifiers, IP address, device/app information and interactions with advertisements to deliver, measure and protect advertising.

Personalized advertising may use information about activity across apps or services. Your available choices depend on your device and region; use the app’s privacy controls where provided and your operating system’s advertising privacy settings. Non-personalized advertising may still involve processing identifiers or other information for purposes such as measurement and fraud prevention.

For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

SECTION 06

Website cookies and technical information

The website uses cookies and similar storage needed for functions such as sign-in, cart and checkout sessions, security and saved preferences. Hosting and service systems may process technical request information, including IP address, browser/device information, request times and errors, to operate and protect the service.

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and usage, such as pages viewed, navigation and interactions, and browser/device information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers, depending on its configuration and your choices. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can also learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout or other requested functions. Third-party services used during payments or when you follow external links process information under their own policies.

SECTION 07

Service providers and disclosures

We use Hostinger for hosting, Razorpay for payment processing, Zoho for email, Google AdMob for mobile advertising, and your selected cloud provider for user-authorized synchronization. These services process the information needed for their respective functions under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

We may disclose relevant information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or a legal claim. We limit the information supplied for a requested service to what is needed for that purpose.

SECTION 08

Your choices and privacy requests

Contact support@astrowonder.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify whether your request concerns the store, the app account, an order or support correspondence. Do not include your password. We will explain any identity verification or recordkeeping limitation relevant to your request and respond in accordance with applicable law.

You can separately control local chart files, user-owned cloud files and provider permissions through your device and cloud account. For concerns involving a child’s personal information, contact us using the same privacy contact so we can review the circumstances.

We use measures intended to protect information, including password hashing for app authentication. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. This policy may be updated when our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
